I keep getting the run around when I wish to make a complaint within the hospital its self.

This has been the second time my husband has been in the hospital. And both times the same things have been happening and nothing is changing. He has been getting bruises that he can not explain. He has been treated with disrespect by a couple of nurse staff members. And his room has not been properly cleaned. And these things have been happening for 4 days that he has been there. I am wondering about his care and health there. And I keep getting the run around when I wish to make a complaint within the hospital its self. They even went so far as to making my husband wait over 2 hrs which when I got there I make sure they are doing there jobs. But 2 hours to use the bathroom for a bowl movement. He is there due to his sugar level and pancreas. So having to hold it that long I feel is detrimental to his health. He has to pee in bottles and he accidently missed a couple days ago. Which left stains on the floor. Those stains 2 days later have yet to be cleaned. And there are pieces of trash on the floor. The housekeeper for the heart floor 4th floor only cleans some of the bathroom. She said her name was Joe Madie. I want my husband to have the care they advertise. That they clean the rooms properly even with patience there. That the nurses look passed there bad day and do there jobs for the patience they serve. And that my husband can use the restroom even when he needs help if needed. And that he is there to get better not worse because of there poor way of caring for there pa
