They are very disorganized and do not return home calls. This has been a horrible company to deal with. They still have my vehicle. Resolution Sought Call me back to resolve my issue.

They reported my vehicle as "repossessed" to the Palm Springs police department in December of 2020. This is on a vehicle that has never had a loan against the title and for which I have a copy of the clean title for. They will never call me back and only reference calling your lender(which I have none) and now am in a position where I have to hire and attorney and take legal action against them. Resolution Sought Give me the stated KBB blue book value of the vehicle and compensate me for being without a vehicle for over a year. Also, the lack of transportation has resulted in lost pay in the amount of $167000.00 and additional expenses of 82450 in insurance, rental, rideshare, delivery service fees and the mental anguish this has caused
