Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The sales person neglected to tell me it was preventative services only.

First thing is first, the person who sold me a misleading medical coverage plan neglected to tell me that it was preventative services only. Then when I finally get everything straightened out (or so I thought) they had a smooth talker say he was setting me up with something better and actually what I needed. Needless to say they never enrolled me. Every time I call they don't know what is going on, they have no record of anyone setting me up for a medical coverage. And keep giving me the run around and saying a supervisor will call me back..yet here I am 2 days later no call back nothing. I am done with AGENTRA. They made it sound like I had such a good coverage and they were doing me some favor, well they didn't. Now I am without medical coverage for me and my son because I listened to these hacks. They definitely need to go back to being used car salesman, because that's what they do. They gave me a refund already...all I wanted was my health coverage for me and my son...I guess that's too much to ask for!!
