The lady who operates this business is a despicable person

The lady who operates this business is a despicable person. My 1 year old niece and 7 year old nephew attended this day care 3 days a week. She calls and harassed me at work in regards to my 1 year old niece pooping herself and sends pictures to my phone cussing and being completely disrespectful. I am an essential worker at Spring Mtn.Hospital during this global pandemic and it is stressful enough, but to have this issue in addition is overwhelming. Monday 4/26 I had enough of her complaints and texts. When I picked up my kids she puts them outside covered in dirt. My niece had no clothes on, just shoes and a diaper. She immediately slammed the door and didn't make an effort to converse professionally. I took pictures and video of the incident. She then preceded to continuously text me the following day with bizarre statements and opinions of me and my fiancee . For a child care business to put children outside in such horrid conditions and be part of the state board of business is beyond me. I demand some form of compensation and reprimand for this business. Your assistance in the action would be most helpful.
