I would like for the employees to have proper certification, and licenses and updated working equipment

Employees there don't have certificates or medical schooling and doing medical assistants job, they mis-diagnosis my grandchild from having old machines nothing was working, the facility is filthy and very unsanitary , the staff is beyond rude every time I try to get in contact with this office they just hang up been waiting on a shot for my grandchild vaccine for over 3 months and not one phone call was made to me letting me know it arrived.
