Received refund eventually.

After a little gentle persuasion and a letter to the BBB, we received a refund (on Sept 26th) for the full amount of airline tickets that we purchased for a trip in March 2020 that was cancelled due to covid 19. Understandably, the company was overwhelmed with the volume of cancellations, but they did take a long time to "review" my claim after receiving all the information I was able to provide.
