This company offers "qualified sales leads" to insurance agents and other investment professionals related to the insurance industry. The leads are advertised as pre-qualified, and sold to clients on the premise that leads provided will meet the clients specifications on location and marketability as directed by the client. The company also promises a specific number of leads will be provided within a specified period of time.

We urge caution if you are considering entering into a contract with this company. Our past experience with similar offers has been that if leads are provided at all, they generally fail to meet the clients standards for "pre-qualified leads". We believe the term "pre-qualified leads," implies that the company has screened the lead information to pre-determine that the party has an interest in what is being offered, and is local to your businesses immediate service area. In reality, past experience has shown that lead sources are gleaned from internet pop up ads and other non-exclusive sources. These companies generally offer no guarantee of success rates, so as long as lead information is provided , you may have little or no recourse to pursue a refund. The Bureau suggests that clients read the contract terms carefully and make certain that the promised deliverables by the company are as represented. Make certain that the delivery dates, the number of leads, and the quality of leads are described with particularity. If the company offers a guaranty, we suggest you ask that they either provide replacement leads for those that don’t meet the criteria, or a refund at the customer’s option.
