Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Mortorcycle arcade game is out of order with no sign indicating, and our children was distrusting coins to play. The manager told us that if we were too ignorant to tell that an arcade game was out of order that it wasn't his fault and refused reimbursement. When one of the parents on how professional he was being he told the father they could take it outside. He then walked to the door, allowing the father out and then locked the door behind the dad and banned him. We are having a childs birthday and to be treated like this in a family establishment that we are paying to be at is infuritating!furst time at this place and we are never coming back. Investigate the establishment, and fire the couple running the place. They are cruel to their staff and customers.
