Months to get a refund

Wanted me to ship the item back to China from the USA before offering a refund or replacement. It's very expensive, even for a small item like mine. I sent still pictures and videos showing the issue with the item and they kept asking for more proof. I opened several disputes that they closed, that I had to reopen. Finally got most of my money back. Took months of fighting them. Buy from somewhere else or use a credit card, they are easily disputed and charge backs work with them, unlike pay p@l or a debit card.
