Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Good service

My four-bedroom house was in need of a new roof (or so I thought) as we recently experienced problems due to heavy rains. We contacted several companies in order to get different points of view and quotes. We eventually opted for All American Design first of all because their quote was the best one and then because after checking our roof they told us there was no need for a new one and that they would repair it. They also suggested us to install a few solar panels and that was great. They did a superb job and I am very happy with the whole project.
