Staff members are very rude and disrespectful

Staff members are very rude and disrespectful some are even violent an issue had taken place with some staff members smoking marijuana outside of the job. Some residents went to management to complain about the issue management did nothing about it management itself was caught smoking marijuana outside with staff members. Now staff members have become very violent and even threatened to harm the resident in the neighborhood to the point some fear for their safety this is not how a health care faculty should be ran. It's a dangerous situation now especially for the elderly resident that live on the Block and in the building some staff members have also destroyed property on the Block and when going to management about the situation nothing has been done the women stand outside in front of the building smoking weed and being loud some smoke in their Cars in front residence doorsteps this is not professional no acceptable especially working for a health care service. They have even been caught on camera and nothing has been done staffing have their own private parking away from residence but they refuse to use it they rather smoke and throw the trash and disrespect the neighborhood and the resident instead of using their private parking
