Poor Service!

I hired them to replace a motor for my air condition unit for $600. After the repairs were made I noticed wires were exposed. I explained that I had a grandson and needed the wires shortened. I called Edward to return to fix the wires and when he came out he zip tied the wires together. I live in the desert and over time the zip tie will rot! Edward states it is a standard repair and that's how he fixes it for everyone. This is completely unacceptable and I would like other potential customers to know.
