To at least acknowledge that her employee was rude.

I went into the location to try to resolve a balance I owed. I asked a simple question and was rudely answered on why I owed the balance. On top of not following the mask mandate that is in place. I was sick for months. I could not attend the gym. I guess they were also trying to take money out of my account that was fraud happening so the account was closed. She rudely did not care about what my issue was. Told me if I didn't like it I did not have to come there. I contacted customer service and they were more focused on the money then the employee.
