First let me say I loooooove this place's wings and have been coming here for years. Service however has been on a steady decline. Customers have complained and the same people are still working there. Recently I made an order, forgot the ticket number and instead of just confirming the order so I could pay I was told to re order and wait another 15 minutes which I couldn't do cause I was on break. Not to mention it is very hard to get anyone in the phone to even place a to go order unless you kick up. Either train better for customer service or fire the employees causing the issues.... it doesn't matter if they are family. Business first.
