This company needs to hire staff who have a passion for teaching and helping students.

I did not receive the service I paid for, all state does is not uphold their mission statement; instructors are color and gender biased. This institution is scamming low income students out of money even after tuition is paid in full. This company needs to hire staff who have a passion for teaching and helping students. Administer test dates in a reasonable amount of time. Stop requesting low income students pay extra fees for test. Overall do what the mission statement and catalog say they do. Even the mission statement is a scam to get you in the door then leave you deserted after no one teaches you anything
