It has nothing to do with money, but emotional abuse. On Thurs 1/13/13 around 9.30 PM I was about to go home. I called up for a ride. When, I went to track my ride there was a notice to report not who they say they are. It ask you to report it & I did. I called up all threes to tell them & it did not go well. They do not know what phishing is & you are suppose to report it to the company so they know & could look into it. These days companies don't bother. The map showed another country -& certainly is phishing. The rep, didn't know what I was talking about so she got the owner Ed. He became very nasty & treated me, like I was nuts & told me, one more road he will not send out a ride. I have adrenal inefficiency & it is from abuse. He was so nasty it triggered my illness. It takes away your strength,memory, balance & I can't stop crying. I have no idea when I'll feel better. It can take weeks. If you report a driver, you will get the blame. How do you stop abuse in a business, I have no idea. Microsoft has me under the wrong email address.There is no amount to be refunded, but the owner should own up to his abuse. Abuse should be reported.This is not the first time he verbally attacked me. That goes for some of the drivers. No, longer feel safe with this company. Others are complaining as well how rude the drivers are. This needs to be STOPPED!!!!

They are incompetent
I made a reservation for a cab and they told me the wrong price. Then they told me they don't service my area the same day I needed the ride to the airport. They are incompetent and rude.
