appliance repair rip-off

This company replaced a switch on the refrigerator and charged $181 for a $39 part and only moved the fridge to unplug it while spending 15 minutes of time-total labor was $105. The manager offered a refund of $45. I declined to have this swept under the rug. I wanted him to discipline the tech and to correct this from happening again. He said he would talk to the owner and she would contact me. Not a word from her and now my complaint goes out to the public.
