Trying to get my son's chemotherapy pills. This pharmacy keeps giving me the run around. They tell me are being overnighted. Don't show up call am told never talked to me. But they knew his other meds that call. Said ok will get tomorrow.4/12/21. Still not here. Then told would have today 4/13/21. Called second time they didn't show up. Was told pharmacy needed confirmation on dose. Never was told this when talked to 3 people and 3 different supervisors. Called Dr. Office and was told they emailed the RX 3 different time. That they keep calling the office. This is not an allergy medicine! Is for his Stage 3 rare brain cancer!!! He has missed 3 doses now!! They are not following through! They should have said something as soon as Rx came in last week. Someone dropped the ball and is trying not to take responsibility!!
