Bad customer service at Service Department

They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Every time I called this dealership about any issues, they don't listen to any concerns I have. They answer give me attitude.

Every time I called this dealership about any issues, they don't listen to any concerns I have. They answer give me attitude. Had one lady by the name of Brandi cuss me out . Pretty much pick a fight with me over the phone. Never resolve any issues I have . Unprofessional. If I get transferred to a receptionist by the name of Jessica. She always hangs up on me. I've spoken to the owner Mr. Choi transfers me back to Brandi and she cusses me out, and they seem to not care. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I have to say the many times I've called the only two ladies in that office that actually tooken there time and helped. And try to resolve my issue are by the name of Alma and Demi. But other than that, everyone else don't care. But yet were very helpful when I purchased my vehicle few years back.. I've had issues with this dealers for years. Nothing changes.
