Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. they called my; number it showed American Express than they said they were looking into a charge from ebay for 600. than they transferred me to the security department than this guy comes on from american debt council. I'm 73 by that i was shook up. why do the pick on the elderly. now today 7/6 they continue to call my number now from chase bank. but using the debt council number and chasse bank number. chase bank doesn't know anything about this please help me Resolution Sought quit calling me and quit taking advantge of elderly

I keep receiving calls from all different phone numbers with no identification that are prerecorded messages from American Debt Council. I have stayed on the line and spoken to their representatives to ask to be taken off their list numerous times, but I keep receiving these calls. There is no way to block the calls as they are from random phone numbers. I have never needed or wanted debt counseling. I want these calls to stop. Resolution Sought Stop calling me!
