This is the most crappy company me and my husband filed our taxes together like we were supposed to and this company rejected my deposit because we can only have one name on the return and when I told them that was crap they muted me and then when I would not disconnect the call they put me on hold. Before telling me why they were rejecting it they tried to put it on the IRS and the company I filed my taxes with.

Keep hanging up on me when i try to call about my check misinformation
Keep hanging up on me when i try to call about my check misinformation. Was told the problem was fixed only to run into the same problem then when I called back was hung up on. Retrain employees to properly handle customers and not be misinformed bout there company and not give out miss information
