BEWARE - SERVE WILL FREEZE YOUR FUNDS OVER BOGUS REASONS

Purchased Serve so I could limit my young adult children spending in college. Tenured Serve customer for many years. Transferred money using my bank. Serve froze my account. Blocked access to my account. Refuses to refund the money they received from my bank. Refuses to close account. MANY MANY MANY hours on the phone with their foreign service in India - sad. They do not have any USA based customer service. SERVE is a fraudulent operation, scamming customers. Looking for a good lawyer - had enough.

This review is no surprise to me as I have dealing with them for a while. Lies and more lies and theft.

This is a scam and an easy one to pull off. I'm sorry for all the other victims and I wish each person would file complaints with FBI Fraud, Better Business Bureau. Let your police know and talk to your State's Attorney. This is a good company to contact with your complaint, Business-Consumer Alliance. I hope they're stopped from securing more victims.
