Customer Complaint


This company sent wrong supplies to my home they also tried to order my doctor to send me to a sleep specialist for a new sleep study. I have a study that is good for a lifetime i don't need another one according to medicare policy. This company held up my new supplies by lying to my doctors about this sleep study. They were told not to to send anything to me in the mail until i talked with them about the situation and not to debit my account until this issue was resolved . they quoted me a definite price for what was discussed instead' they unknowingly to me sent the supplies in the mail with a bill for a way higher amount. When i called them and told them i wasn't accepting the order i was sending it back they said they weren't paying for the shipment back and that i would have to pay. When reminded them about the agreements we had they wouldn't correct this problem. I ordered them not to debit my bank account. My wife and i receive disabled social security benefits. We are on a fixed income. We cannot and do not mishandle or mis-speak with business arrangements. I'm very thorough about my business with anyone. I called my bank and told them not to let that company debit my account. Instead that company debited my account in February 2020 for the $77.93. Which was way higher than the $40.00 we agreed on. My bank account was set up so no money could be debited if the funds were not available. Instead my bank let the debit go through anyway, they ripped me off. Resolution Sought I want my money returned to my account & I want this company put out of business. I have read other complaints exactly like mine online. People are furious with this company. My bank made a bad decision to allow my account to get debited when the money wasn't there. It's setup not to do that. I'm getting the state Atty. General involved in this to hold my bank and this company responsible. They have violated the Americans with disabilities act big time and I intend to see about criminal charges.
