We have been calling their customer service for 2 weeks trying to get a payoff amount for our account. No one has been returning any of our calls. We called Debora Clay Wykes director of the account division that handles our account. She has told me twice to call their customer service. I always get a recording. I tell them what we need, and leave our Info, and leave our contact information. No one has helped us, or even returned our calls.
