The company refused me service based on my ethnicity.

The company refused me service based on my ethnicity. Their website clearly states they only service "African men" and when I called on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at approximately 1:40pm EST to inquire, I suggested to the owner that possibly the site had been hacked and explained to her what it says. She affirmed to me that it is in fact what it is supposed to say, only African men allowed and after I informed her if the Civil Rights Act of 1967 which makes it illegal to discriminate based on ethnicity (amongst a myriad of other things), age laughed and once I told her I'd be contacting you and a lawyer she laughed more and hung up...I demand they not be bigoted and follow the same rules, laws and policies all other businesses in our country do, including servicing people of every ethnicity
