I've tried to make appointments with this nail shop and everyday they tell me they are booked. I've called with no answer when they are open. So I decided to come and see for myself. I walked in along for Jenny the lady that normally do my pedicure and fill ins. The lady says they are booked. Nobody's in the shop, but she say they are booked, Caucasian lady walks in after me and asked for a pedicure and they immediately sit her in the chair. Now I believe they are prejudice and don't serve people of color. This is crazy and unacceptable. This business should not be allowed to have a license to operate in Illinois.
