Let the employee know this isn't good for business.

I am a small business owner in Louisville, KY. I received a call from a sales consultant for Home Advisor with the agreement to sign up with Home Advisor in attempt to grow my business. Given the time and with further consideration, I decided I did not need their services for my business at this time. Upon cancelling with the nice sales consultant I spoke to just earlier on the phone although this time he didn't let me cancel with ease in attempts to humiliate me as a business owner. Very unprofessional and gives the company a bad name in itself.

He never showed up no phone call no email no text no nothing.

I reached out to a handyman a couple weeks ago and we set up an appointment for him to meet me at 8 a.m. at my house. He never showed up no phone call no email no text no nothing. I also reached out over the weekend to two other handyman and neither of them have got back to me. This is so unprofessional I will no longer be using HomeAdvisor. I have deleted their app from my phone. Thank you and have a great day
