They are frauds to start off. I've been complaining about this same issue since I got the car. Now I called this week the lady at the front desk said bring it in free of charge to check. They check and tell me what's wrong. I ask to speak to the manger which he was very rude and told me he heard that I said I was going to contact bbb to complain. And I told him ok he says to me "well do that i don't care about any of that" so I hung up and went to go pick my car up. I walked in there asked for my keys. My mom asked could she get in contact with the owner or someone above service manger. Bret comes about saying "I can't stand you people" so I said what do you mean by you people? He say all of you people, and I said so your being races he went crazy yelling saying get the f*** out of my store walking up to me and my mother and my 1 year old daughter. I jumped in front of my mom because I was scared he was going to hit my mom with the baby on her hands. And I said "u better not hit her with my baby in her hand" he said " f*** you, shut the f*** up b****, get the f***out my store" I said make me. He started off being rude and races after that they lied and stamped $149 on the paper I signed that said 0.00 when I signed it. After I looked I seen that they had stamped and price on the paper to make it look like I signed it which I didn't. Because Mr. Bret wanted to be races even to a 1 year old baby. Resolution Sought Contact them because I've asked to speak to someone above Bret and he said I can't and he won't let me. So I will be taking this to court and contacting my lawyer in regards to Bret trying to hurt my mother and baby and having a hate crime against us people as he said.

She was in here on November 5th with a complaint of water leaking from her sunroof area. We told her that the headliner needed to be removed and drains needed to be cleaned out. Customer claimed she been complaining of this however we have no service records documenting this and her vehicle is way out of warranty. On November 5th her car had 125,540 miles on it. Customer got very upset causing a major scene in our service department yelling and cursing and even calling my service manger a racist! We askes her to leave several times and she refused. We had to call the Sheriff and have her removed he watched the video and found no wrong doing on our side.
