Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I called several times over a 3 month period and they never bothered to call me back.

I called him several times over a 3 month period. He never bothered to call me back. But I kept trying. For 3 months, That is unacceptable business practice. So I want to let people know about the lack of professionalism before anyone else gets upset. Don't call Apex Key for anything. I would have liked it to be called back.
