I bought a new phone and it didn't come with a way to charge it. I tried to call them to get a charger and a senior advisor refused to make this right and hung up on me as a way to handle an escalation. Resolution Sought Send me a charger so I can actually use the product as intended.

This is charged some time once a week or month. I can't get them to give me a refund. I don't even know how this got on my debit card. I've called them numerous times they say I'm not eligible for refund. Resolution Sought My money back.
