They refused me service!

We order a part for my mothers stove. We explained it was for my 80 year old mother's stove and we live an hour away, they said they would call when it came in. After waiting 3 weeks we finally get them to answer the phone to tell us it was in. We drive an hour away and it's the wrong part. Ok fine. We ordered the right part and paid for it. This was Tuesday (6/2/2020.) Part would be in Friday (6/5/2020) Monday 6/8/2020 we called to check on part. It's still in route. Tuesday 6/9/2020 still in route. So Wednesday i call to speak to the owner/manager and the lady that answered the phone snapped at me was very rude "I can't help it you are unsympathetic to the issues we are facing with covid." Instead of having the manager call me back she refused to answer the phone for 3 days. 6/12/2020, I finally got an answer and the manager said I was rude and they canceled my order and refunded my money and refused service. I expected and apology for wasting my time and money. I want others to be aware this business is not reputable.
