Don't waste your time

Called Appliancefixits and received a voice recording stating that a text was required with all info and they would call back by the next day. Seven days later and still no call. You can't leave a message on the phone because the mailbox is full so I sent an email and, as of this writing, eight days later, have not received a reply.
