Never use this company. Read many reviews I found on a site this am after my concerns.Contact with the technician/company was unreal as it seldom happens for them to return a call (my experience).. Appointments never on time and I lost 2 days pay, one last week and one today. Technician rude, walked into home w/out knocking or ringing door bell. No business card or receipt even tho I asked both different days. Did not change part on my washer, but did bring a *Used and moldy part in case mine needed replacement. A senior on Medicare. Just total frustration with the technician who said they don't get paid for customer service as answering so many calls they receive and are so over booked. Just warn you family and friends to never use Appliance Fixits if your experience was not satisfactory. Tried first load with one piece of clothing. Washer has never leaded, not the reason for the service, something else. Service was only for a part due to washer not spinning 100% of water out of line.

Don't waste your time

Called Appliancefixits and received a voice recording stating that a text was required with all info and they would call back by the next day. Seven days later and still no call. You can't leave a message on the phone because the mailbox is full so I sent an email and, as of this writing, eight days later, have not received a reply.
