Don't waste your time

Called Appliancefixits and received a voice recording stating that a text was required with all info and they would call back by the next day. Seven days later and still no call. You can't leave a message on the phone because the mailbox is full so I sent an email and, as of this writing, eight days later, have not received a reply.

I would like other people to know what a terrible company this is and I was out my washer for almost 3 weeks.

I called this appliance place and got Benjamin for repair man. He came to my home told me what was wrong said I needed a newdoor boot gasket at $246.50. told him to go ahead with repair he scheduled me for repair cancelled 6 times and last time I had it. Called some one else and he told me the whole wash basket was bent and would cost too much to repair. So if i stayed with Fix it i would have been out the money
