Worst company ever, They lie and their product don't work. I signed up in April 2019 , a few months later I have not seen any result I contacted them to cancel on August 19, 2019. I was told I didn't sign up for the right package, if I allow them to come every two weeks now I will see a difference. That was upsetting because when I signed up I only had one issue I was dealing with, which was german roaches. They were aware of it and I was told they would come every two weeks which didn't happen. In 4 months they came 3 times because I called to report the situation was getting worst.Since they didn't do what they say they were going to do and their product didn't work I requested to cancel their services. I was advised I will be charge the $249 for cancelling before the first year as stated in the contract. The charges appeared on my account the next day.

Aptive didn't fulfill the agreeing upon service, they didnt come every two weeks to mitigate the German roaches issue and their product failed to work. I am requesting a full refund of $ 344.00 the initial $95 provided when I signed up and $249 cancellation fees.

Someone should seriously look into this company. What they are doing is nothing short of robbery.NO service, bad product and they still get the consumers money.

Be honest. People work for their money and when someone call an extermination company they need it, dont play games with the consumer.
