Poor service

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would!! Worst customer service and not helpful at ALL!! My husband and I came here to register a vehicle we bought from my husbands parents so we could park my husbands truck and he could commute in a smaller car from Maricopa to Tempe. So we went to this location bc we had registered our cars at the chandler location last year when we moved here from California. My father in-law had missed marked the miles on the title not knowing that would be an issue the lady who helped us was a completely nasty to my husband and I. She told us we would have to drive to casa grand to the state. We informed the lady we have the car we can confirm the miles she then said no or we can have one of there inspectors check and that would 10.00 so we ok let's do it well then it turned into oh he's not here today. So my husband drove to the chandler location and let me tell you they were so helpful have a form we mailed to my farther in-law now bc we went to the chandler location we had to get a smog check no big deal. So today my husband and I drove back over to the Maricopa location now have the right form filled out for the error on the title and just like that the lady turned us away said bc of the error on the title the title is voided. I informed the lady we had gone to the chandler location and this is what they had us do she said no can't help you we are privately owned. Are you kidding me aren't we all on the same dam state?
