Customer service stinks

I placed an order on Dec 15, 2015. It was to be a Christmas gift. I never received it . I placed at least 6 phone calls which were answered by a call center. After the 2nd call I was told it was escalated and I would receive a call back. No one ever called me back. Even after 4 more calls and an email. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Would never refer this business to any one and will never attempt to make a purchase from them again. Appears to be the way they do business. Someone else commented about their experience which was the same as mine.. Horrible!!!! Don't waste your time
