ASAP was unhappy with the order of the brakes and canceled the order. They took a full refund back but never returned the brakes to us and refuses to pay for the brakes or return them to us. They claim they are not legally obligated to talk to us because they canceled the order but they know we never received our brakes back. Resolution Sought We need our brakes returned to us or payment in full.

We bought parts in overhauled condition from Universal Air. They shipped us parts that were in as removed, (used and damaged condition). They disagreed that the parts were in as removed condition. When we proved they were in as removed condition they agreed to get the parts overhauled. Universal Air had the parts picked up from our facility, and had them shipped on their shipping account to Aviall, a repair station. There they refused to pay us or Aviall for the repair of the parts. We contacted our credit card provider and disputed the transaction. The credit card provider reviewed all the information and ruled in our favor. Contrary, to what Universal Air is stating they never refunded us. They lost a credit card dispute. They knew the parts were at Aviall and they never got them back. I believe the repair station due to non payment for the services the repair station provided sold the parts to get paid. Mr. Ascencio breached the contract by selling as removed parts with out certifications when we had ordered overhauled (fully refurbished) parts with an FAA 8130. The repair station did over $6000 in repairs that neither ASAP nor the repair station were paid for.

The last two days I been trying to purchased P/N: 9914005-1 from your end. The day we placed the order it couldn't ship because it was to late and the shipping department had 20 orders before ours, that's understandable. The next day after James sent me a tracking number, we received a email and a phone call, saying that the paperwork for the part was unreadable and he asked us if we wanted to proceed with the order. We accepted the part that way, because it was late afternoon and we need to solve the issue some how. Today, we received the part, but it was completely empty, No diodes, Cannon plug, etc.. Now we have an AOG because of this, so now we have to order the same P/N with a different supplier and make a double investment. I would like to send this empty board back and have a full refund. I found other supplier and requested them a picture of the item and it's the same as the one the aircraft has installed. Resolution Sought Refund

We had shipped the exact part number the customer requested. They had ordered the p/n that was with out the diodes. This was and can be confirmed by Textron , the production approval holder. We stand behind our product in terms of fit, form, and functionality. If a customer orders a pepperoni pizza but wanted a vegetarian pizza, we can't be responsible for the wrong order that was voluntarily and willingly placed by the customer by mistake. We will remedy our mistakes but can't be held liable for ordering mistakes by the customer. The details of this can be provided.
