This card and the Citibank entity behind it are predatory. The company will manipulate data to with intent to harm your credit score. I have had this card for many years and make payments on time and over the amount required. There are no adverse credit slights on any credit report. Do NOT use

Without warning, they canceled my card and refused to reinstate my account

I have been an ATT universal card holder since 1991. Without warning, they canceled my card and refused to reinstate my account when I called them. They claim they sent me warning letters but NONE were ever received. When I called to have them reinstate the card, they were so rude that I now want everyone to know what a truly TRASH organization this is. The damage done to my credit rating because of the length of a perfect payment record with this account is alone enough reason to make sure you do not do business with this company. Nothing other than to warn others. Fortunately my credit rating is over 800 so I will move on to companies that value my business. This is a warning for others thinking about getting this card. The interest charges are so bad that I could only use this card when I was sure I could pay in full at the end of the month.
