I sent a box to Honduras with a total amount of $5040. They took all the name brand clothes out the box most expensive ones a cell phone and name brand watch .The plasma TV was a 32 inch and it was all broken I personally wrapped it in clothes and the movement of the package is no way the reason of how bad its broken.. Witness in Honduras saw how they dropped it from the truck and how they tossed it over to deliver family was so excited to know they where finally receiving a TV to see that it was destroyed broke my heart. I called to make a complaint never received call back. Went into office they seemed to not care and made me make a letter of my complaint and to wait up to 90 days for investigation. They seem not to even care for my problem reviews of the business on Google have many other complaints. Resolution Sought At least repay some of the damages made because they ruined my mothers day surprise

Company Response


Company states the consumer shipped out the box and is claiming the TV arrived damaged. The box arrived without any damage. The TV was shipped without its original packaging and not with any protection other than a blanket wrapped around it. The box was opened and pictures were taken, at the time the box was opened they noticed it was packaged incorrectly. They only looked but did not search the box. We received pictures of the box at it was not damaged. The TV needs to be shipped in the original packaging and could have been placed inside the second box. We take no responsibility for what is inside the box, we do not recommend TV's being shipped and if they are sent they are done at the consumer's own risk. We always suggest if a TV and other electronics are sent to be done so in the original packaging. We did our job in shipping the box, but we cannot take responsibly for the broken TV as we are not to blame, we did not pack the items and per our policy we are not responsible.
