Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rude and aggressive

These people called me today and they are very evasive and not that friendly. Communication was not that good and I was referred to one person after another. I felt like a ball being passed back and forth. They gave me no information to base a decision on. They wanted money right off the bat for nothing concrete in return.
