*No refund for years. Cancelled policy after claim. Owe for 4 years of coverage.

I paid for a 5 year contract and had a claim the first year for a transmission. You paid the dealer part of the cost and sent the cheapest transmission you could find off the net. Then you cancelled the policy, sending me a letter that claimed I cancelled the policy. Then you did not refund the money for the following four years that were no longer covered! I still have the Saturn Vue and the cancelled check and contract that you did not honor.
