I have Road assistance for years with AAA and I got stuck my car broke on middle of the free way route 84 at 5:30 pm 3/20/2024 I call AAA for service assistant employee from AAA toll me after we spoke that the driver call me by the time was close from location I call them 5 time asking about the towing truck I wait 4 hr on middle of free way on very cold weather getting frozen driver never call me and I have to call private towing truck so I can get home safe with many pain in my body cause weather. they good collecting the payment but for service rally bad and they laying to me I'm 60 year old and told them that I had back surgery on December 2023 was very difficult to me wait inside the car because was no way to go so they forgot completely about me. Resolution Sought They should take seriously when someone ho pay for service provided the services that has been pay in advance. I was in danger situation and they don't care.

I had to pay out of pocket because I have aaa but one trip a guy came out with something we didn't need even though I put what we needed in the notes. So they gave us back two shots and didn't put it in the computer so when I needed them it was time sensitive and the lady who was supposed to do it wasn't in the office yet. So I had to pay out of pocket again. I'm waiting on $280 worth of reimbursements from them and they said it would be here 3/14 but it hasn't showed and it's 3/16 now. They don't have a tracking number for me and it's a paper check. Why can't they just reimburse my card? It's 2024!!! Resolution Sought My $280!!!!
