You call the number w an emergency situation involving yr car and they put you on hold for hours Zero service its disgraceful

I paid for a service I didn't get.

I got AAA for my son so he broke down at 3am in a turning lane. He called AAA and someone said 5:50, No one came then my son called me and said MOM AAA is not here and my battery died now no Hazzard lights on. I go out there and pulled behind him with my Hazzard lights it was a hour for me to get to him still no AAA. I call AAA 7:45 here come AAA, now I has to call off work because I am so tired can't go to work. I paid for a service and didn't get what I paid for AAA need to do better. AAA is a company that people pay for good service. I didn't get that unacceptable AAA being around for years do better.
