My flowers were ordered on 12/22/20 for friends visiting out of town in Michigan to be delivered 12/23 or 12/24. Today is 12/27/20, and they are still not delivered. As no one will be in town after today, I requested a refund and was only told I would be eligible for $4 refund. I am requesting the full amount. Resolution Sought A refund in full.

I placed an order on Avas Flowers website because they had an 11/15/2020, birthday, delivery date when we checked on status of delivery we were informed the flowers would not be delivered until the 16th. I contacted Avas Flowers via email and asked for a 50 discount for being mislead by the availability of the 11/15 delivery date on Avas Flowers website. The response I received was to blame Fed ex, UPS, etc. I responded that mail services are not responsible for Avas Flowers, websites, false information. Now they do not respond. A birthday gift is not the same the day after. They did not respond, and. I'm assuming they hope I just go away. If that 11/15 date was not a valid option it should not have been offered. I did not ask for all my money back since the flowers were delivered. But I feel Avas Flowers should be accountable for their misleading website options. It is a valid suspicion, that, such delivery dates are options just to get peoples money, knowing they will not fulfill. When I sent them my credit card info i was agreeing to a 11/15/ 2020 delivery not an 11/16 delivery. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund me at least 50 of what I paid.
