I went to BECKAH with damp hair. I got in her chair at 6:18 and was done by 6:38. I told her I didn't need it washed or styled. She charged me $51 (her flat rate) completely over charged me. My hair was long, I asked to keep the length and she cut off way more than I wanted, but I paid and tipped $10. I left and tried to get over the fact she just charged me $51 when the website says $20-$40 for a cut. When I brought it to her attention she told me that maybe I should go somewhere else or someone I know. She has 18+ experience. I messaged the owner and she told me she couldn't do anything. The website says $20+ for haircuts but it also says $40+ for wash, massage, cut and style. I have gone multiple times for my hair and my daughters hair. I've bought jewelry there from the shop upstairs. I really liked this salon, but I never would've thought that for less than 30 Min and for just a cut that I would be charged $51. I was blown away. The way I was treated when I brought it up shocked me. Just want to help anyone who is thinking about going. Heads up. BECKAH charges $51 flat rate even though the webpage says different. I tried to post to Facebook but I was blocked. The other times I've been the prices were fair. The other girls charge fair prices and I've gotten what I asked for. We won't be back.
