The returned my rug with nothing fixed at all.

This business is a complete scam. They take your money up front, and they take your rug or rugs and keep with them forever. My took a month, and then they return it with nothing fixed at all. Actually, my rugs now stink and one of them was supposed to be fixed, but instead they cut the borders of the rug. I will need to find someone else to clean it again. They have this guy who says "he is the owner of the business" and he is rude, unprofessional, and a liar. He fakes this "if you are not satisfied with the job, we will return it and return your money after a fee." So, the fee he saying to charge is ridiculous, and then he hangs up on you, after that you receive a call from this Spanish guy named "Jose" who plays the good cop, and try to convince you to finish the job, promising to return in fell day (where it never happened). You call again this guy Jose answers the phone and gives you a lots of fake reasons it isn't finished. On top of that, they employ these young guys (I think it is illegal) to me, they look like they are 15 years old, to deliver your stuff and have no answers to your questions.
