Terrible Service

I ordered a youth mattress for my grandson on7/19/17 and payed with my credit card which was charged the next day, 7/20/17. It is now mid-October, still no mattress. I have inquired about the status of my order several times via email with no response. I have also tried the telephone number I found on line; no one answers and no one responds to left messages. I googled their address in Murrieta, California; it's a house, not a factory or a facility. If these people are really in business, then, they are a disgrace. If not, then, they are crooks. Buyer beware.

I ordered a bassinet mattress for a vintage bassinet and a changer pad for a changer I used for my kids. The quality I received was great. Not that cheap too soft foam but a firm good quality and they were both covered in a nice weight vinyl and they were the sizes ordered. I also goofed and paid for them three times but the company corrected it immediately! It took about 2 weeks to receive the product which I thought was really good. I would recommend them to everyone!
