Do there job stop bulling me an help me. Really change staff an really support people with disabilities who are homeless.

Ok I was homeless an BACS came to the jail house an picked me up an told me. There is a place that was supposed to be safe, clean, and support me to job interviews an help to make my doctors appt. there isn't even bus passes or Bart tickets to make my appt. They put me in transitional house and had me sign a 3 to six months they will help find a place for me to live. Well I have been here 23 months now and still no word. I ask them all the time have they found a place no response. One day I was very upset and told them they can put me a motel or any place other then here. Well they called 911 had me for 51/50 but they let me out early I did 48 hour rather than 72 hours because the doctor saw me and said I wasn't 51/50. This place is a mess I have some photos to show how nasty it is. I've made at least 7 police reports about people stealing from my room. I have made countless complaint to bacs never got a answer back. They have cameras and others tents had a copy of my key. I have been spit on an called a n***** by a tent made police report on that to but she got moved to a place. I had a job to charge scooters I asked them can they help me by getting a generator for work they said no. Then I asked to let me charge in the basement they said no. But still try to sneak some of them in to make money they call the place saying I was stealing them and destroying them they got me fired. Trying to follow their plans for me got me all off track it's breaking me and my kids up. I got a lot of pics for my sake.
