I don't want anything from this people all I want is costumer's to know about this store and how bad is the customer service.

We recently bought a complete set of master bedroom furniture, included the best mattress. They say they have, 3 mounts after I found that every time I lay down I'm my bed the mattress it's to soft and feel like I'm in a hole. I call the store they referred to a company that handle those complains so after 1 month they show up at my house and the lady only touch the mattress and found nothing wrong with my mattress. So I call again, the store they refuse to take further action I went in person and they refuse one more time. At this point I'm not looking for replacement, only want to people know about this store and how bad was my experience. I will not recommend any one to buy nothing in this store because they are a very bad people and take advantage from costumers. This is a very bad store and customer service. I don't want anything from this people all I want is costumer's to know about this store and how bad is the customer service.
