Poor Business Practices!!

They put on hold every check deposited on hold for 8 days even check from customers who gave me deposits before they still put on hold and they tell me that's is for my protection witch is true they make spin with this money for them profits. They need stop this practice.

I will give them a zero for customer service! One star is too much for them!!

I went there to cash my payroll check & I showed my ID Teller said this not the same signature. Then she asked my age. I said 36. She asked again approx 3 or 4 more times my age. She called mgr. Told her co. is a really big company, signature not the same and to sign it like the ID. I presented another ID and then she said the signatures on the ID's are the same, but not on the check. The mgr. finally approved for the check to be cashed. I was profiled and extremely embarrassed by this whole experience. I am talking to legal counsel for the unnecessary harassment, age profiling, and possibly racial profiling.
